At DJI Entertainment we do not offer packages. We feel packages are inadequate. A lot of other DJ sites offer packages, but often times the difference in the package pricing is additional equipment and/or microphone. We feel our clients should not be charged extra for equipment that they should already be given. The equipment we will provide for your event will depend on the size of your venue and wedding party, which all of that will be discussed during the free consultation.
As we previously stated, we do not charge our clients by how much of our equipment we will be using for the duration of the reception or ceremony. Once the client and the DJ have met and discussed details of the wedding pertaining to the music, the DJ will then recommend the amount of sound and lighting he/she think will be needed for the particular event.
The DJ uses the latest equipment, which includes turntables and lighting. The DJ also uses in addition to the turntables a program called “Serato” that still allows him to mix on vinyl but the music is coming from the program on the computer. A CD player is available if the client has a particular song or disc that they may want to provide for the DJ to play if he does not have it himself. But the DJ will be providing most of the music he plays on turntables.
We offer free consultations. We do not charge for our consultations because we understand that when planning a wedding things are subject to change a hundred times before anything is finalized. So we have made it easy and convenient for our clients to be able to set up a meeting time and place to discuss details of their wedding. We also welcome communication through emails and telephone. Whichever way better suits you and your schedule.

A week before your wedding, a finalized meeting will be set up to make sure that all music and wedding events relevant to our services will be discussed. If more then one consultation may be needed, that can be provided with enough notice in advance.
Some mobile DJ companies will charge you $1,000 or more for pressing play on the CD player. Our prices may vary depending on the type of event. For example, our wedding rates differ from our rates of other events.
DJI Entertainment understands the importance of your event, and we believe in making it as easy and stress free for you as possible. Therefore, we do not offer packages to confuse you or charge more for items you may or may not need. DJI Entertainment offers you quality sound and lighting for no additional fees. Whether your event is small or large, we offer the same rates. Prices are varied based on the length of your event and not the amount of our equipment you use. Below is our charging price ranges. Keep in mind that these prices may vary depending on the length of your event and/or the location of the event. Events that require traveling outside of Las Vegas, Nevada may inquire extra charges. Also with all of our events we require that our clients sign a contract with us to insure that the duties of the company and the client are understood and met. This contract can be downloaded off of our website. Once the contract has been reviewed and signed and a deposit received, DJI Entertainment we will then sign it and return a copy to the client.
Add $50 if you need lighting for your event.
JI Entertainment has received our credibility because of the diverse selection of music we play. We stay current with the Top 40 hits, which mostly consist of Hip Hop (Rap), R&B, Reggae, and Pop. We can provide you with a variety of desired music you may request, unless it is cultural music. Even if this is the case, please provide us with the music and we will be more than happy to play it for you, whether it is on vinyl, CD or cassette.
A written Event/Music Planner or music request list must be received by DJIEntertainment.com at least two weeks prior to the date of performance in order to be included in the programming guidelines. This planner will be emailed to the client once a contract has been signed and a deposit has been made. With or without the aid of an Event/Music Planner or music request listed, DJ Impact shall attempt to play Purchaser’s and Purchaser’s guests’ music requests, but shall not be held responsible if certain selections are unavailable. DJI Entertainment will make an extra effort to have music requests available if they are received by DJI Entertainment in writing at least two weeks prior to Performance. Before any plans are finalized, (if possible) we would personally like to meet with you and discuss your expectations for your special event. Though we have a basic pricing plan, certain occasions such as weddings may require additional charges.
As part of our company policy, no profanity is used in the music we provide. All of our versions are clean, and even if the client ok’s the usage of profanity, we will not use it.
